El Departamento de Bromatolog\u00eda de la Municipalidad de Pinamar inform\u00f3 que la Resoluci\u00f3n Conjunta 25\/2019 modific\u00f3 el Art\u00edculo 21 del C\u00f3digo Alimentario Argentino (C.A.A) y dispone que toda persona que realice actividades por la cual est\u00e9 o pudiera estar en contacto con alimentos, en establecimientos donde se elaboren, fraccionen, almacenen, transporten, comercialicen y\/o enajenen alimentos, o sus materias primas, debe estar provista de un CARNET DE MANIPULADOR DE ALIMENTOS expedido por la autoridad sanitaria competente, el cual reemplaza a la LIBRETA SANITARIA.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
